At Balance Phone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective films that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Device

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
